The hotel was a four star property with the main attraction being ski. We upgraded the hotel to a five star property, by upgrading all the hotel facilities from the rooms to the public areas. We created the concept and design for the Spa and upgraded the quality of the restaurants. The hotel has since become a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Previously the hotel only opened seasonally closing after the ski season, we implemented several spring and fall programs in order to keep the hotel operating all year round and maximize revenues. The hotel Spa has been a great success generating an average income of 35,000 Euros per month since its inauguration.
